LOVE NOTES HEALING: POLICIES & TERMS
At Love Notes Healing, we are committed to providing a seamless and healing experience for our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual respect, we have outlined our policies below. Please read through carefully before booking any of our services, retreats, or classes.
・All services, including classes, retreats, and private sessions, must be booked in advance.
・Bookings can be made through our website or via email.
・For private healing sessions, we recommend scheduling at least one week in advance to ensure availability.
・A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is finalized.
BOOKING & POLICY
・A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking for all services, including retreats and event reservations.
・The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled service or event.
・For online classes and one-time sessions, full payment is required at the time of booking.
・Retreats: We offer flexible payment plans to make it easier to reserve your spot. You can pay in two equal installments or in monthly payments leading up to 14 days before the event.
・Classes: Online and In-Person class payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal.
・Private Sessions: For private sessions, we accept payments by credit/debit card or PayPal. Custom payment plans may be available upon request.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. Please review our cancellation policy to understand how we handle adjustments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Private Sessions
・Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
・Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will forfeit the full payment.
・Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the session without penalty.
Retreats & Events
・Cancellations made 30 days before a retreat or event will receive a 50% refund (excluding deposit).
・Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
・We encourage you to purchase travel insurance for retreats in case of unexpected events.
・Refunds are only issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.
・Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
・No refunds are provided for classes, retreats, or private sessions once they have commenced.
REFUND POLICY
・Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
・Rescheduling requests for retreats or events must be made at least 30 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but rescheduling is subject to availability.
・In the case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, illness), Love Notes Healing reserves the right to reschedule retreats or events. Participants will be notified immediately and provided with options to rebook or receive credit.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
・We kindly ask that you arrive or log in at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session or class.
・If you arrive late for a private session, your time may be shortened to respect other clients, and full payment will still be required.
・For online classes, latecomers may be unable to join once the session has started.
LATE POLICY
・Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to your session or retreat.
・Love Notes Healing is not responsible for any injury or harm that may occur during sessions, classes, or retreats. By participating, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your well-being.
・We ask that you follow all safety guidelines provided during the sessions.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during booking and sessions will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
PRIVACY POLICY
・Participants are required to follow the schedule and guidelines provided during the retreat.
・Love Notes Healing is not responsible for any personal property loss or damage during the retreat.
・Any dietary restrictions must be communicated to us at least two weeks before the retreat for accommodation.
EVENT & RETREAT POLICIES
Group Retreats
・A 50% deposit is required to secure the date for custom retreats.
・All event planning details must be finalized at least one month prior to the event.
Custom Event Retreats
・We ask all participants to engage in our healing spaces with respect, kindness, and mindfulness.
・Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class, session, or retreat without a refund.
CODE OF CONDUCT
By booking any service, you agree to the terms outlined in our liability waiver:
・Love Notes Healing and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during sessions, classes, or retreats.
・Participation is voluntary, and all activities are at your own risk.
LIABILITY WAIVER
We are not a medical or psychotherapy Healing Company. We are an extension of the book Love Notes. We assist our founder Nece Strudwick who is certified in many modalities of natural healing.
